Grief or Pain Can Ignite Your Superpower!!
I started psychotherapy, better known as talk therapy, when I lost my beloved, younger sister. Yes, we were different in age, lifestyles, goals, personality, and core values, yet connected by designed bloodline.
We'd recently touched hearts on a deeper level when I learned of a trauma, she'd never shared with me after years of separation.
I also shared one, which placed us on a path of healed sisterhood.
However, I was unaware that the birthday gift I sent wouldn't reach her in time. She responded to my delivery notification by phone. We were happy, she was planning her party, so we sang songs, embraced one another with love and best wishes, then she became very quiet.
Her responses were slower and slower. I could hear laughter and music, but I had no idea she was sick. I sent my love and hung up.
Hours later, my beloved Aunt Dee called to say she was gone.
Oh no, not now......
But life happened, the date that changed me and every moment afterward!
She wanted me there with her to celebrate.
We'd already lost Dad and years later, I lost Mrs. Doubtfirey.
I was totally devastated...but then I became somewhat comforted.
She knew our differences were resolved, we'd lovingly reconnected.
I'd made peace with all of my loved ones.
Differences shouldn't separate family; each member has specially designed, allocated talents, within to greatly impact others.
Grief led me on a journey to discover and ignite God-given gifts.

My love for celebrity news and various family dynamics often impact negative press and estrangement. This led me to seek spiritual healing techniques. During Covid19, I embraced learning and became certified, all unbeknownst to observing a need to protect my mental health during a global pandemic, which set on my doorstep to ignite greater self-awareness.
I guide the gift of salvation, with prayer, meditation, praise, and worship. Most High God's (MHG) name in Hebrew is Yahweh and Christ in the King James Version. Jesus is Son, better known as Yeshua, Jehovah Jireh, and our provider I pray to, as my redeemer and prince of peace. The three are a Trinity. I attempt to love all and live the fullest, often, with eye-opening revelations.
Some trigger a painful event or a hard lesson, whereas my actions demonstrate my growth or failure.
We need trusted mentors to hold us accountable, whether the day is great or horrible. Your tribe must be vetted and proven, be it family, a trusted friend, adored pet, or a live angel that arises to a needed occasion.
We all have trauma, healthy experiences, beliefs, culture, values, morals, and goals, which largely impact organic connections.
Our soul reflects on prior events; therefore, every experience must be processed accurately to live your destined life. Find proper resources to heal and treasure the gems beloveds offer.

MY HEALING JOURNEY
"Unconstraint Revelations, Empowered Overcomer" details my people-pleasing and enabler struggles. After losing both parents, a younger sister, and later an older brother, I began talk therapy to learn to properly look within myself to work on unprocessed pain I'd shoved under a rug decades ago. Unfortunately, it often presented itself as discord in "triggered" circumstances.
As the eldest daughter of a blended family and a single mother, I eagerly catered to loved ones to a disadvantage. I did the work to heal, after correcting a workaholic mindset. I vowed to be self-sufficient, independent of the government. I lived to work, save, budget, and be free of worry, yet often over-extended stress impacted negative emotional response. I sought to fulfill a void, then to accept difficulties as colorful life reflections, prompting an adjusted surrender to necessary and different mindsets.
There's no finger-pointing here! We'll uphold proper accountability, learn bad habits, and replace them to foster healthier ones. Positive connections guide proper interactions at home, work, socially, and in every area of life.
The problem wasn't others; it was me. A negative experience impacted most of my interactions, magnifying a lack of self-love.
